Noblu's Gourd Quest bugged

Type of Glitch or Bug: Item won't drop/Can't talk to npc to complete quest.
Assumed reason of the glitch: The quest does not work half way through.
The time it happened: N/A
Note: Its just broken.

Can confirm the quest is broken.
Summoned gourd and killed it, no drops.


The Item that is supposed to drop is "Warrant of Attachment"
