Quest:Icarus and the Flying Pill

IGN/JOB/LV: FUJI/crossbowman/42
Type of Glitch or Bug: Quest bug
Assumed reason of the glitch: I have no idea.
The time it happened: every time
Note:
I cannot complete this quest because I cannnot collect Witchgrass Leafs.
Though I hit the plant from both sides using normal attack many times, the leave does not drop all the time.
I try to restart my PC, but this problem occurs.

魔女草のはっぱを集められないので、このクエストを完了できません。
通常攻撃で何回も植物を突いたけれども、葉っぱはドロップしません。
再起動してみましたが、この問題が起こります。
