Assumed reason of the glitch: Some maps in Perion were found not spawning (enough) mobs (situation continues until last check today)
Channel 1: East Rocky Mountain III (0 spawn)
Channel 2: Perion street corner (0 spawn)
              East Rocky Mountain III (0 spawn)
              East Rocky Mountain IV (only 1 axe stump+1 dark axe
              stump observed)
              East Rocky Mountain V (only 1 dark axe stump observed,
              no boss spawn)
The time it happened: at least 4 days ago, continuous observation
