Mu Lung Portal Not Working

The time it happened: 22 Wed @ 20:14
Note: The second part of the quest chain "Eliminating King Sage Cat" is unable to be completed. After you turn go to Mu Lung: Goblin Forest 2 on the way to Master Goblin NPC, you are unable to go through the portal on the right, and can not enter the map Hidden Street: Forest of the Ghost Priest at all.
